Luxury home w/ 2 suites, LARGE pool, spa, lanai. Quick gulf access! 6 Bikes! EV!

Honestly, everything about the stay was perfect. Absolutely amazing house, very well appointed, and incredible hosts. We had a fabulous week.

This house is beautiful, our group loved it! Patti, the owner, was an excellent communicator and the house had everything. All the paper supplies, coffee, tea, spices, detergent for laundry, beach chair, pool toys, etc. There was no need to bring anything other than you clothes. Everything in the house was in great shape and nicely decorated. The house sits on a quiet street and its located near Cape Coral Parkway, were all the action is. We can't say enough great things about this house and the owner, just wonderful!!

Fantastic house! The kids loved it too. Location is good. We had a great week with fishing, bathing, shopping and went to the beach. Good communication with the hosts, who helped us with everyting we needed.

Beautiful home, offering so much for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. All amenities were exactly as described and the extras (like beach chairs/toys, fishing poles, paper products) were great. The owners were also very kind and responsive. We had a wonderful time and definitely would go there again!

It’s not often that you walk into a rental home and find it exceeds what is shown online. Congo Breeze has done a wonderful job of depicting what they have to offer but there is simply no way to show all of the extras. We were a group of 9 with 4 adults and 5 kids ages 10-16. Not only did we have plenty of space for all of us but there was no shortage of activities to enjoy. From the wonderfully spacious lanai with a heated pool and hot tub to ping pong, corn hole, ring toss or sitting on the dock casting a line and enjoying the beautiful view, this place truly has it all. We quickly realized we overpacked as there isn’t a thing that you’d need that this home doesn’t have. We enjoyed daily walks along neighboring streets, rode the bikes provided to the beach to watch the sunset and enjoyed seeing various wildlife including burrowing owls and a special treat of watching a couple of dolphins swim right past us in the canal. The hosts, Mike and Patti, were super friendly and responsive from the very beginning of the booking process until checkout. They even proactively sent tips on things their house has to offer in case you hadn’t found them yet (hello outdoor speakers!). This is a place you’d like to keep a secret but it wouldn’t be fair to the owners who have obviously poured their heart and soul into this place for others to enjoy. Don’t think twice about booking this home, just pack your suit and go!
