Cancellation Policy

At Congo Breeze, a Full refund for cancellations can be requested up to 30 days before check-in.

If your stay at Congo Breeze was booked fewer than 30 days before your check-in date, a full refund will be granted only if the cancellation was made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in date.

After that, a 50% refund will be provided up to 7 days before your check-in date.

No refund will be allowed if it doesn't abide by the above.
